After the empty test run of the electric order picker is normal, a load test run is required, and the load test run needs to be carried out in sections (from 25-50% load to full load, generally can be divided into 3 stages). For the two working conditions of test run and full load test run, a partial load test run of not less than 1 hour should be carried out first. During partial load test run, the load should be gradually increased until it reaches the full load level. Only when there is no problem in the partial load test run can the full load test run be carried out. In addition to observing the various items during the trial run with an empty car, it is also necessary to observe and adjust each detection device of the order picker to check whether the wheels of the order pickers are slipping. If slipping occurs, the ground needs to be treated with anti-slip treatment to ensure the safety of users. If the reclaimer order picker is running at full capacity and everything is normal, it can be officially put into use. In the later period, it is necessary to check the equipment status once a month, and replace aging parts in time.
