Preparations before using the electric order picker:
The content and requirements of preparations before the test run shall comply with the provisions of the user manual. The safety measures of the order picker reclaimer include: brakes, travel switches, fuses, emergency stop switches, etc. When the parts of the order picker are in normal state, the parts should be flexible, accurate, safe, stable and reliable, with proper clearance, correct cable winding, and no damage or scorching of the cable. The appearance of the electric reclaimer shall not be broken, damaged, deformed, or peeled off of paint, and the quality of the welding seam shall meet the requirements.
The transmission mechanism and parts of the order picker reclaimer should be assembled correctly, without damage, exposed installation, and the bolt connection should be tightened; the hinge point should rotate flexibly; the chain tension should be appropriate. Each lubricating point and lubrication system of the order picker reclaimer should ensure that the oil supply to each lubricating point is normal, and the operator should add enough lubricating oil or grease as required. The electrical system of the hydraulic order picker and various protective devices, switches and instrument lighting should not have missing terminals, the connection should be reliable, the motor rotation should be correct, and the switches, instruments and lights should be easy to use. There must be safety measures in the adjustment of the counterweight of the reclaimer, which will be increased in stages.
