1. Only trained and qualified personnel can operate the mobile scissor lift.
2. Workers on the hydraulic scissor lift must wear safety belts.
3. Before the lift is put into operation, you need to level the chassis with outriggers and padded the feet firmly.
4. The operator must concentrate and operate in accordance with the operating sequence specified in the instruction manual.
5. The platform should be stable and flexible during the lifting and lowering process, and no sudden jump or jamming should occur. If the above phenomenon occurs, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and try to eliminate it before it can work.
6. If one of the following situations occurs in the hydraulic system, stop and check immediately, and take measures to eliminate:
a) Abnormal noise;
b) The oil temperature rises rapidly;
c) The cylinder pressure and oil return pressure are abnormal;
d) Oil leakage in the oil circuit;
e) When pressing the "up" or "down" button, or push the "up" or "down" manual valve to work and the station does not move.
7. After pressing the "up" or "down" button, if the workbench does not move, in addition to checking the hydraulic system, you should also check whether the lifting mechanism is stuck, whether the electrical part is disconnected, or whether it is overloaded.

9. Before the power is turned on or the power is disconnected during the lifting of the workbench, the operator must pay attention to making all the controllers in the zero position.
10. When the operator is working at heights, the operator is not allowed to operate the scissor lift table at will.
11. During the lifting and lowering of the workbench, no part of the body of the passengers on the workbench shall exceed the boundary of the workbench.
12. When the operator leaves the elevator, he must cut off the lifting power source.
